Can't Get Telnet Feed #530

Hi,

New to all this - I have an Arduino based RFLink connected to a NodeMCU and feeding serial messages to ESP-Link. In the web based console I can see the serial messages so I know my config is good but I can't for the life of me get anything to show through Putty. I've connected to its IP and port 23, Telnet and it appears to connect but the window is just blank and no serial messages come through. Have I missed something?
