do not play gif-animation untill clicked or mouseover #168

right now there is not much gif links/photos/attachments but it should be future-proof first five/six bytes of gif files are GIF87 or GIF89a

Hm, I'm not sure what I can do about that?

Look at this https://github.com/matsadler/deanimator/blob/master/Deanimator.safariextension/deanimator.js It uses toDataURL to deanimate GIF.

As a temporary solution, I wrote a plugin to hide media of a post.
