Add u-syndication links to notes #29

I replied to one of your posts and because your IndieWeb post didn’t have a u-syndication link to the Twitter POSSE, my automatic POSSE replies didn’t work because it couldn’t find your tweet’s url.

I'm thinking of removing the syndication to Twitter in the future anyway, I don't do it for Facebook anymore either. I haven't had those links for historical reasons, because it was difficult to get the url from facebook back, but now with only twitter, if I get the time I could look into it.
