PHP 4 compatibility? #3

Should Jlog still run on PHP 4 or do we require PHP 5? Are there still web hosters without PHP 5? How long are certain PHP 4 features supported in PHP 5?

Hm good question, the whole code style is really PHP4, we should investigate that.

Made a MR to at least be able to run it in PHP7, see #6 I don't think we'll ever rewrite it so I'm closing this one.
