The PyPi URL http://packages.python.org/DendroPy/ appears to no longer resolve. PyPi now serves the project at https://pypi.org/project/DendroPy/. Planning to open a PR to update this URL in the source, but we should probably also update the URL in the "About" section on the front page of the GitHub repository. It looks like this might be something that can only be done by the project owner.
