Ordered Parsimony #25

Would it be possible to implement ordered parsimony (Wagner parsimony.. I think)? I see that Fitch parsimony is already implemented.

It would. I cannot commit to a particular schedule when this will be implemented though at this time, but will definitely keep it on the "TO DO" stack.
