Fix duplicate tag error in documentation #2

Stars are used to surrond help tags. And there can't be duplicate tags, or else :helptags vim-indentwise/doc fails with an error message. Thus plugin managers like Vundle that run helptags cmd on all the bundles report errors after install/update.
