This is like an Option hidden deep in the Outlook settings: It would be nice to have an option setting for localized versions to always have english headers and US-english date format regardless of the lokal system language.

Base concept is implemented, working as expected. However during a testing I come across error while forwarding a email in Japanese Localization, Reply and Reply to All is working fine in Japanese.

Will find out the problem of Japanese Header label :)

Done, taken care of Japanese characters and will be released v4.2

@FrankSmith - This is v4.2 beta it has all your feature requests and reported bug. On top it, plugin is capable to enable message attribution for chosen language.

I'm planing to release v4.2 in end of November, so till that time please use it; share feedback and issues if any.
