Line break after header #40

Can you either default to or add option for a line break after the header? Very messy without it, and Outlook convention is to have the line break, as far as I can tell...

Just realized, this is a repercussion of the Entourage 2004 support option. When unchecked, this is not an issue.

Thanks for figuring out! I'm planning to remove 'Entourage 2004' in upcoming version, may be v4.3 and handle HTML style universally.
