Strange Behavior in v4.6 release

Strange behavior in v4.6 release. Mohamed Shahat & Rosa Alba reported issue via Disqus thread.

In 4.6 , when i am replying to an email ... I don't see the Headers of the email being replied to , as used to be in previous version. I kind of believe this is a bug in the latest version v4.6 

Mail.app 7.3 , on Mac OS X 10.9.4

As a follow up to my previous comment 
Mail.app 7.3 , Mac OS X 10.9.4 
v4.4 , v4.5 working fine for replying to email , either with selection , or full email reply. 

v4.6 the behaviour is as following 
- if selecting a text and press reply button , headers are added below the signature , as expected 
- if no text is selected (full email response) , headers for the email being responded to , are not added below the signature, text of the email being responded to is there directly without the headers (From: , Sent: , To, CC: , Subject: ...et.c ) 

I reverted back to v4.5 as v4.6 is not usable as such

Hi, there is a serious problem with the update 4.6.

If I am replying to an English based email, everything works fine.
If I am replying to a Chinese based email from some certain senders, the whole header is completely missing.

OS X 10.9.4, Mail 7.3

Please fix it ASAP.
