[ ] Create User should contain admin picks pw AND autogenerated pw.
[ ] Rethink the contact details to reflect various concerns (eg BankDetails class instead of using a string)
[ ] Contacts: request deletion of account through interface
[ ] Welcome email for new members
[ ] Fix JSON NullpointerException when serializing a user on User create().
[ ] Delete methods return incorrect (empty) group/user/authority lists in their return objects (minor).

[ ] As the board of an organisation I can coordinate the acceptance of new members with a majority (Example: There are 5 board members and to accept a new member, there has to be a majority (3 people). There should be a process that simplifies that process.)
