Upgrade to PyQt6 #43

Anki 23.10 will have Qt5 compatibility disabled by default.

I'm happy to takeover if you're not. It's a cool addon

@jefdongus it's been a few months. Are you able to update? Or do you want me to take over? If you're not active by the new year we can just release a new version for everyone elses sake

@AnKingMed Hey sorry unfortunately have not really had the time to check in on this too often. I'm happy if you would like to be added as a collaborator to the repo to help maintain it in a more timely fashion. Would you (or anyone else) be interested?

Yes please add me as a maintainer if possible. Would you be ok transferring the ankiweb page to me as well?

I did already release a fork but it'd be best to keep this maintained as well if possible
