Wrapper for Long data #2

Simple wrapper function for reshape for long data for id.

not real sure what this is about, but you might want to see the as_refundObj functions i added to refund.shiny. they take a matrix and turn it into a dataframe with specific column names, which are later used in some of the plotting functions. the output for the gfpca functions in this package includes Y and Yhat dataframes with the same naming structure.
