Inner Exception: '>' is an unexpected token. Line 2, position 63. #121

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. No clue. CBLoader worked fine for months before suddenly stopping.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
ERROR: 
Inner Exception: '>' is an unexpected token. The expected token is '"' or '''. 
Line 2, position 63. 

Errors Encountered While Loading. Would you like to open the log file? (y/n)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CBLoaderV1.2.4.1 on Win7 Home 64

Please provide any additional information below.
This error popped up before. I uninstalled and re-installed everything. It 
worked fine for a few weeks and now has given me the error again.

i am having a simillar issue.  i have copy pasted the log information below.

02/07/2012 1:51:37 PM - INFO: CBLoader version 1.3.0
02/07/2012 1:51:38 PM - ERROR: 
Inner Exception: Unexpected end of file has occurred. The following elements 
are not closed: specific, RulesElement, D20Rules. Line 113103, position 38.

02/07/2012 1:51:38 PM - INFO: Errors Encountered While Loading. Would you like 
to open the log file? (y/n)

i respect that this message will generate a notification email, and appologize 
if it is an issue for some.  i chose to include the full information, since my 
data is simillar but not identical.

prior to this issue my cbloader has worked well

i am have a similar issue as well
