Inner Exception: There is an error in XML document <0,0>. Inner Exception: Host element is missing. Errors encountered while loading. #135

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Loading cbloader
2.cbloader will not start or update.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I should see cbloader 
updating and then starting. I see this message : Inner Exception: There is an 
error in XML document <0,0>. Inner Exception: Host element is missing. Errors 
encountered while loading.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3 cbloader. Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

Please provide any additional information below. Please help ASAP.

I've been having the same exact problem, running CBLoader under 32-bit Windows 
XP.
