Buying or adding Pouches of Shared Acquisition crashes character builder #138

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a saved character, navigate to the shop tab. 
2. Locate the level 15 Wondrous Item 'Pouches of Shared Acquisition' and 
attempt to buy or add it.
3. Fatal error occurs.

~What is the expected output?
Item added to 'Your Equipment' section

~What do you see instead?
Fatal Error. See details below:

Character Builder has encountered a problem.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

~What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.3, Windows 7 Ultimate SP 1, 64-bit

~Please provide any additional information below.
I tried this on multiple characters. It brings up the error each time. Closing 
the error closes the Character Builder.
