CharacterBuilder.exe not found #143

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installing Character Builder April 2009
2. Installing Character Builder October 2010 Update
3. Installing CBLoader

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Inner Exception: There is an error in XML document (8, 25).
Inner Exception:    An error occurred while parsing EntityName. Line 8, 
position 25.

and

Inner Exception: CharacterBuilder.exe not found.  Make sure you installed 
CBLoader in the correct folder.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 64bit, CBLoader 1.3.0

Please provide any additional information below.
Have tried installing in default folder at no avail.
