meta start tag does not match end tag of head #157

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Attempting to open CBLoader and trying to instal Wotc.index for the first time

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 Starter (32 bit)

Worked just fine on my other machine following the same steps highlighted here:
