Subject: Cease and Desist – Copyright Infringement
I write to you on behalf of the states-language creators. It has recently come to our attention that the code in your repository, JDSL, on the platform GitHub, contains code which infringes upon the proprietary software of the A****n.com Inc. or Affiliates. Our concern revolves around specific sections of the repository which distribute a copyrighted technology without permission.
The unauthorized and improper use of our copyrighted software not only infringes our rights under the United States Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.) but is also improperly represents the legality of its redistribution with the terms of the Genius Public License, under which your code is licensed. Such unauthorized use can expose users, developers, as well as owners to serious legal risks including but not limited to both civil and criminal penalties.
We hereby request that you cease all redistribution of the copyrighted technology in this repository. Failure to do so could result in legal action being taken against the maintainers of JDSL, its users, the contributors to this repository, and their family members.
