Larger file size for uploads #21

When uploading images, file size seems to be maxed out at 1mb? Check and confirm? Also, would be great to implement Uploads of images at their native resolution / file size. Down-rezed/sized images on the Public side to save bandwidth.

Note: Also see about adding PDFs as well as images.

Done 5/27/18 by JR. Not the PDF part. Also, JR needs to add the selection of size part. The smaller images should be clickable to larger images.
