Following the full data replacement of solid.community by solidcommunity.net there is need to allow rename of related links

PR #25 Can be used on any pod, not only solidcommunity.net pod's for all resources that can be accessed it does not resolve solidcommunity.net pod's .acl 's with non relative links. To be resolve by server managers
