Remove 'audio_converter.py' #345

The audio_converter.py python script is no longer needed. We've decided to implement all PocketSphinx related dependencies within the pocketsphinx submodule, located in the following directory:

/var/www/audio-analyzer/pocketsphinx/

So, audio_converter.py can safely be removed:

$ cd /var/www/audio-analyzer/python/
