This is a continuation of #532. However, the latter issue simply removed an unnecessary yum update logic in the puppet build. Though, the logic was unnecessary, it made apparent a new bug, with respect to GPG keys. The bug was removed from the build, yet still exists on a manual yum update. Therefore, we may need to find potential solutions into our puppet build.
