This issue is similar to https://github.com/jeff1evesque/machine-learning/issues/2793.

This issue is invalid, since we are not implementing package.json in any measure. We know this is the case, since the latter implementation, was resurrected on the machine-learning repository to assist with the reactjs related packages, which is not implemented for this project.
