Enable VirtualBox GUI in 'Vagrantfile' #17

We will temporarily allow the VirtualBox GUI to display each time the VM is started.

The VirtualBox GUI configuration in the Vagrantfile is not necessary. We can simply implement vagrant ssh from the host machine into the guest machine.
