Fix 'Error in rownames(article_monthly.m)' #51

We need to fix numerous Error in rownames(article_monthly.m) errors, as well as our top_indices function, which generates the following, when running our basic.R:

Error in seq.default(h[1], h[2], length.out = n) : 
  'to' must be a finite number
