Updated the confusing UI action Icons and made a colored Icon Theme pack, Enjoy :)

Thanks for contributing, but I think your changes are pretty substantial and probably should just be their own branch. It's a matter of taste: you don't like my "nuclear pink" and I find your colors a bit too bright for my taste :)

Touché, perhaps the nuclear pink glowing text is only on my monitor. Good point about the loud colors. I'll make an additional set in case someone likes the new icons but not the colors. Nice job on getting the theme to where it is.
