what i want added: Cable TV what it should say: No, unless you only watch stuff that you could get over the air or online for free.

Not in Britain, even if you watch TV online only, and don't even have a TV, you still have to pay for your TV licence every year, otherwise they'll probably arrest you.

That was a 🇺🇸 United States of America person's point of view. Also would YouTube count as TV online?
