Add in status and closed requirements #148

scratchdb supports +status:"something" and +closed:"something". This pr adds them in. I'm not sure about the grammar though, especially this line

sorry for seeing this late..

thanks for the PR! perhaps it would be better to say "specifies whether the containing topics are closed", or something like that?
