Build a prototype application with AngularJS 1.3 and Lovefield that works gracefully offline, in order to come away with some learnings on how we can make offline-first development a first-class story for Angular 2.
Feature ideas:
Github authentication (or some means of entering API keys to prevent rate limiting)
Browse issues for any public project
Issue detail view with realtime updates of comments
Offline capabilities:
Browse issue view should work offline for projects that have already been visited
Issues detail threads should be pre-fetched based on basic heuristics of "likely-to-be-viewed", even if they've never been opened
The UI should provide cues to the user that data might be stale if network connection is not present
