I really appreciate the package.
Some quick comments: 1) Version numbering would be useful beyond 1.0. 2) Branches/releases for fixes would also be helpful.
Also, this warning comes up when installing:
Warning: replacing previous import ‘IRanges::shift’ by ‘data.table::shift’ when loading ‘goldmine’
