Allows ES6/import syntax in tests
Make tests significantly faster (from ~50 to ~7 seconds) by allowing concurrency. This will make CI stupid fast especially when paired with #113.
- Enabling concurrency required to ditch global httpServer variable and to make port unique for each test
No need to import mocha, describe, it, afterEach, expect-legacy etc.
