Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When making a release, I usually pick up on the fly which steps to go through based on previous experience. Sometimes I forget a step or tag a release incorrectly such that UPM doesn't pick it up.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to formalize a release checklist on the wiki to make it easier to remember the steps to go through in the proper order to make a release.
