Add HSK lists #19

Would be great to have lists of HSK terms by level.

Looks like people have already put in hard work to compile a database of these: https://github.com/krmanik/HSK-3.0-words-list

Implementation might require implementing the concept of 'tags' on words.

Later as an addition it would be great to be able to categorize example sentences by HSK level.
