As an admin I need to be able to delete projects if they are created but never end up in a contract #28

Rarely, a contract does not happen after a project is started. These should be logically deleted.

Do we want to delete them or mark them as inactive or archived?

As Tom described it, there are times when they really want to delete it, and other times when it needs to be archived. We could probably physically delete it, but it just seems safer to logically delete(inactivate) it, just in case.

The web interface already has the option to delete a log. I don't have any confirmation dialog, which I want to add. Would that be sufficient for this task?

Is it a logical delete?, if not I think it should be.

I will add a status: deleted, active, closed
