RA/dec values #11

To determine the RA/dec values in the output images, what about something like this:

if the user provides the values on the command line, use them
else if the user provides a reference image, use the values from the reference image
else attempt to obtain it automatically from the input images (e.g. by the mean of the values in Herschel data)

If the values still cannot be obtained, then the user needs to be alerted to provide either the values or a reference image.

Looks reasonable to me!

We are now obtaining these values from CRVAL1 and CRVAL2, which we are asking the user to provide in the headers of each input image. Therefore this issue is now irrelevant.
