at https://github.com/jeffdaily/parasail-python/blob/51987c7a78713faca453e14fd4028031bb2a7e91/setup.py#L188 you fix version of automake. With perl 5 version 26, automake version 1.13.4 doesn't build anymore. As reported in http://gnu-automake.7480.n7.nabble.com/bug-29178-Failure-to-build-automake-gt-11-td22684.html it seems to be fixed in automake version 1.15.1. Could you update the build dependencies, or relax the strict versioning?
