Added config for 4-line RepRap Character LCD #14

Did not add in another set of configurations that actually use the smaller LCD screen, just figured I'd add the config since I'd gone through the hassle of figuring it out myself.

Thanks. If we ever get to the point of having a bunch of options, we can include that too.
