Wondering if it is possible to extract orthogroups or a GO term list specifically for gene family contraction/expansion results for a particular species?
I found a file named "expanded_orthogroups.forgo" containing a list of GO term labels, but it lacks species-specific information.
This information would be helpful for analyzing which gene families or orthogroups contributed to the expansion. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
