Version to allow eventual merge? #3

Don't know if will merge later, but not in control of the versioning of the real package. So playing with the idea of calling this 2.0.0. However, the dev version needs to be prior. Should I call this 1.99.99.9000?

Current version is 1.13.0. Maybe 1.13.0.9000?

1.99.99.9000 looks like the best bet. Indicates something weird much more clearly than the bump from the current version. But want to have releases to MY master branch before the main release at 2.00.00, so going to start with 1.99.0.9000.

Bumped version and created initial commit in dev branch. Can't run R check as vignette is in tex and that is not avaialble/don't want to add it to my docker. Need to convert that to R markdown (#4).
