Initialize a new step by step vignette #5

Current vignette shows how to build integrated plots. Need a vignette that shows how to build each piece/kind of rings, kind of like the tutorials for the perl circos plots.

This is kind of a big task. Probably implement this one piece at a time.

Ok, this is being changed to a simpler "initialize a vignette" issue.
