language enabled base href tag #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Include an image on your page
2. Go to yoursite.com/en
3. Image won't load

Because the <base href='' /> tag includes the language part of the URL (to make 
hyperlinks use the right language) images (and other relatively linked 
resources) won't load at all unless you specify an absolute path or one 
beginning with '/'
