[Oops.] Preflight issue: p.101 #133

The arrows in Figure 2.5 (p.101) are actually text typeset in Lato Regular 4.18pt (because of figure scaling), which is below Adobe's recommended minimum 5pt.

Replace with triangle/arrow objects? Use a different font with smaller arrow characters, so they can be typeset "larger"? Ignore?

Made the arrows bigger in both game figures, made all lines and arrow thicker in tree figure. Ignore further warnings if any.

Changed token from circle with arrow inside to rounded arrowhead shape (or-gate)
