[Oops.] Preflight issue p.402. #138

Acrobat is showing eight instances of the following error, all attached to the boolean formulas in Figure 12.20: "Document images on CMY plates. Courier 0.0 pt TrueType embedded (as a subset) text is invisible."

(The formulas are exported from LaTeXiT as PDF, imported into the OmniGraffle figure, again exported as PDF, included by \includegraphics, and then AGAIN exported as pdf via pdflatex. Strangely, this issue does not occur in other embedded LaTeXiT formulas.)

I have no idea if this is actually a problem.

I think I've fixed this, but I'm not sure.

There's some seriously weird behavior involving different versions of the Charter font (MacOS versus TeX Live), and different treatments of embedded fonts in PDF files by LaTeXit, OmniGraffle, pdflatex, Acrobat, and Illustrator. Above my pay grade.

Sigh. Moved the formula out of the figure into the caption.
