Hi prof. Erickson,

great job with this textbook. I very much enjoy your writing style. However I am trying to read it on my ebook reader and I find it clumsy to read the one-page pdf as it is. PDF reflow seldom does a better job.

Could you make a textbook build output targeting either a small screen PDF or some file ebook file format such as .mobi or .epub?

This should likely be closed in lieu of #16 or #37, but I just wanted to stop by to say that I looked for an .epub to purchase for download and would have purchased one if available and reasonably priced.
