Replace EPUB and KINDLE (MOBI) formats from Internet Archive page #37

I tested these files using iBooks (EPUB), the Kindle Mac app (MOBI), and Calibre (both); they're complete garbage. Apparently those files were created by extracting OCR'd text from the PDF file, including OCRing text in figures, but completely bollixing graphics and math and tables and everything.

Producing a true reflowable e-book format is preactically impossible, but at least this crap should be removed.

Apparently these files are generated on the fly when someone clocks the link, unless there's already a file with the right extension in the directory. In other words, I need to produce my own EPUB/MOBI files that look like the PDF file and don't arrow reflowing.

(See the Kindle edition of Dasgupta et al, which is a pixel-for-pixel conversion of the PDF galleys of the print book.)

Not currently, no.

Sadface... I would like to see this as I have an Onxy BOOX, and would prefer to be able to change text size.
