Incorrect page number in back-reference #72

In Chapter 7, on page 259, in the sentence "The algorithm calls the CountAndLabel algorithm from Chapter 5 (on page 202)..." The correct page number is 203. The page reference and hyperlink isboth point to the correct subsection of Chapter 5, not directly at the CountAndLabel algorithm.

Adding \phaontomsection seems to do the trick.
