Add Shipping fee #262

Hi Is there anyway to display shipping fee in the minicart? If not is there a simple way to add a text in the cart like: shipping cost will be added in the next step"

Here is an implementation of PayPal Minicart were shipping costs are based on item weight. Everything happens in your browser and there is no need of PayPal business account for shipping fee calculation. Any feedback is welcome.
