Problem in neural network when trying to train with genetic algorithm #153

hello, i am trying to train my neural network, on data set of credit card from uci repository, by genetic algorithm using encog 3.2 core but after running the program will get stuck in 59% error and when evaluate the program which is provided in encog example (which i tried to edit according to credit card data set) i.e forest... it will assign all the evaluate.csv data only in one class...

plz help.. thank u
