can't upgrade conda #12

can't seem to upgrade conda to 3.6. It's always something. screen shot 2018-07-01 at 5 10 45 pm

I would suggest maybe asking about it on Stack Overflow. I can't really give advice on specific installs. I think you already have a 2.x install and are trying to go to 3.6. I've never really tried this sort of upgrade, so I am not sure.
